Project:

Design and develop a new marketing website for PowerDetails. The website should reflect the company’s new brand identity, voice and tone, and style guide — being the hub of all inbound lead generation.

Objective:

its prime objective is to generate inbound qualified leads Using content and product marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, education, and thought-leadership.

Accomplish this through Search engine advertising, social media, advanced AI-driven tracking, real-time ad targeting, and workflow automation — connecting Hubspot (Marketing Hub) and Salesforce CRM platforms to track and analyze the entire user’s journey (from random online website browser to customer/Advocate).

KPIs:

- Generate marketing qualified leads into viable revenue-generating opportunities for the company.

State of Details Report

Project:

Translate PowerDetails customer data and trends into an easy-to-read thought leadership report.

Objective:

use the report as a lead generating thought-leadership magnet and sales enablement tool.

Customer & Prospect Heat Map

Project:

Through customer data analysis and marketing research, generate a heat map that overlays all PowerDetails customers on top of all viable prospects throughout the country.

Objective:

The heat map will be used by sales to aid in the sales prospecting process — finding natural overlays with customers in a specified area.

*Carto mapping software was used in the creation process.

Product Development for PowerDetails — Prototype

Project:

create a high fidelity prototype of a new concept that offers limited features of the PowerDetails SaaS product at no cost (Freemium Product).

Once the prototype is complete, run a marketing campaign engaging with a limited number of prospects that fit the target audience — with the goal of gathering enough user data to make an informed decision on whether or not to move forward with developing the Freemium Product.

Objective:

Using the creative brief as guardrails, create a high fidelity and interactive prototype with basic workflows to feature the first values of using the product.

Once the Prototype is complete, Plan a marketing campaign, using various marketing channels (landing pages, Email, Social, PPC Ads, etc.) to engage with target personas.

using a video walkthrough and an online survey, gather enough user data to determine if the product is viable or not.

Project:

Work with the Chief Operation Officer of PowerDMS to design and create a compelling presentation, that is on brand and clearly communicates the key objectives.

The COO and other execs within the company will use the presentation and slide templates to communicate the future direction of the company.

Competitive Audit for PowerDMS

Project:

From a list of top competitors Conduct an online analysis of each company’s website presence and branding, and Compile results into an easy-to-digest presentation.

Objective:

The presentation will be used to inform the company on the current state of the competition in the market. Specifically, how PowerDMS compares when it comes to brand presence and marketing outreach.

The information gathered will also be used to inform the company’s future brand and creative decisions.

Style guide for PowerDetails

Project:

Create a fresh and fun new brand identity and style guide to represent the company’s mission, vision, and values (online and through print mediums).

Objective:

Use the style guide as the base for all design and creative decisions (for example: brand, Product, Prospect Marketing, and customer marketing and support, etc.).

- Increase in traction in all marketing channels

The PowerDetails online Store

Project:

Create an online storefront to offer customers and prospects the ability to purchase our own PowerDetails branded hot sauces.

Background:

We worked with a white-labeling hot sauce company to create a line of powerdetails branded hot sauces to give away at conferences/events. The hot sauces became a big hit and law enforcement agencies across the country wanted a way to purchase them.

Objective:

Using the graphics designed for the PowerDetails hot sauces, design and develop an online storefront where anyone can access and purchase them.

White Paper for PowerDMS

Project:

partnering with Thought leader Attorney Eric Daigle and other leaders in the law enforcement industry, host a Policy Development Summit with the goal of distilling policy-writing best practices from the leaders to be compiled into a guiding document.

Objective:

design a multi-page eBook/white paper, using custom illustrations, photography, and typography to highlight the findings from the Policy Development Summit.

API Workflow Illustration

Project:

Work with the sales department at powerDetails to create a sales enablement presentation slide to aid in the sales process. Specifically, illustrate the PowerDetails API integration with other top Human Resource and Schedule Software products used within the industry.

Objective:

Starting with a Creative brief submitted by the Sales department, use adobe illustrator to create a vector image outlining the various products that fit within the PowerDetails ecosystem.

Working with the founders, create a new brand, look, and feel that encompasses the vision of the company.
